We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival are eligible for a return or exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items & gift cards
  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics)

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back in its original packaging. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund through the following methods:

  • Original Payment Method: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
  • Store Credit: You can opt for store credit for future purchases.
  • Exchange: If preferred, we can replace the item with a similar or equivalent product.

Important Notes:

  • Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
    We will provide a free return shipping label and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  1. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return.
  1. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
  • Customers outside US are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
